Amazing date night experience. I’ve been barhopping the best spots in Austin for the last 5 years and would definitely rank this at the top. We went for the jazz Wednesday night as a couple and had a really great time. The lights, settings and furnishings were so elegant and chic yet cozy. Our waitress Taylor was super sweet, stylish and professional. The bites were really well done - we got the steak, salmon, fries and whipped feta. All really good flavors and seasonings. We also ordered espresso martini and the lunar eclipse, which was one of the best mezcal drinks we’ve ever had. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars was the bathrooms smell gnarly like public toilet level but other than that devil may care offers a really great experience from the food to the vibes to the service. We will be coming back!
Amazing food and awesome decor. It’s really cool inside and the food is fabulous. The service was a little slow and the portions were really small. We enjoyed the oysters, DMC fries, chicken and salmon skewers with saffron rice.
Their pita bread and lamb tajine is really good. Cocktails are overpriced for what they are.
Uncle bill & Pin-up pearl: it is ok, they tasted the same but one with mango flavor and the other pomegranate flavor
Winter’s pearl: good but the lemon is the most prominent taste, you can’t taste the apricot and cinnamon
DMC old fashioned: it was good
Baba ganoush: it was ok, very mild
Muhammara: it was good, more flavorful than the baba ganoush
Lamb Tajine: it was really good! Be aware the salsa macha is really spicy
Citrus couscous: very good
My boyfriend and I went for R&B Night and we want such a great time overall! We had reservations at 7:30pm and arrived a little early but were accommodated. Hailey our waitress was wonderful! It was our first time and she faves us awesome recommendations on food and drinks! She also checked on us constantly throughout. We tried the steak skewers, spiced hummus, spiced fries, lamb meatballs, espresso martini, and the cocktail with passion fruit (don’t remember the name). Everything was delicious! Expensive but great! If it wasn’t I’d be upset on how much I spent. Anyway give it try and thank you Hailey for taking care of us!
I visited this spot for the first time to have a night out with my friend to celebrate her 50th birthday. This place did not disappoint! The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, very attentive. The manager made my friend feel extra special on her birthday! Thank you again for the outstanding customer service you all provided us. We will definitely return.

Devil May Care bar restaurant offers a wonderful ambiance and location. While the food is superb, portions are on the smaller side. Service, though a bit slow, is delivered with a friendly attitude. The mezze platter, oysters, chicken with saffron rice were delightful highlights. Great cocktail options!
